Letter From The President

Welcome! Thank you for visiting our page! I am Amy G., the President of Wags & Kisses Rescue and am proud to introduce you to the board members of our rescue! Emily T. is our Vice President, Candy C. is our Treasurer, Penny K. is our Secretary, Amy F is a board member who oversees our web page and other duties, Megan F. if our final board member who connects us with many needed supplies. Our goal is to save animals that suffer from various situations.Animal suffering is one of the biggest issues affecting our society today. With 30 plus years between us all  in rescue, we care for dogs from climate change to animal cruelty to pets looking for a home. All hands are full with both in home fostering to local transport challenges.Wags & Kisses Rescue is all about making a difference, day after day, 365 days a year. Since 2018, our Pet Rescue Organization has been dedicated to improving the lives of many animals and have been successful in finding them their forever homes. We believe that it is every human being’s responsibility to take care of the dogs around us, big or small. There are so many ways to help, so find yours today. We welcome new fosters and will gladly go over all the requirements needed to foster! We enjoy working together as a team in saving dogs, working with other rescue's to insure all dogs get the best quality of life, and work with our communities when dogs need to be surrendered. We welcome volunteers as there are many areas that people can assist with who are unable to foster. Thank you for your time and interest in our Rescue!
Amy Garthus, President
